Crisis Services

Immediate and specialised support provided to individuals experiencing a mental health or emotional crisis. Alpha Grove offer services covering crisis hotlines, mobile crisis teams, crisis stabilisation units, and emergency departments.
Crisis services are designed to offer rapid assistance to those in need, provide access to resources and referrals, and help individuals manage their crisis in a safe and supportive environment. We have found this to play a crucial role in preventing self-harm, suicide, and other serious consequences of mental health crises.

Job Training

We help members acquire new skills and knowledge that are necessary to perform a particular job or role effectively. This training may take the form of on-the-job training, apprenticeships, vocational programs, or formal classroom instruction. Job training programs are designed to help individuals acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen career paths and enhance their employment prospects. In addition to technical skills, job training may also focus on soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, which are essential for success in the workplace. Job training is critical in ensuring that workers are equipped to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving job market.

Food Drives

Our charitable efforts aimed at collecting and distributing food to people in need. We look to support from individuals, businesses, schools, faith-based organizations, and other community groups to help put this together. Food drives typically involve collecting non-perishable food items, such as canned goods, pasta, rice, and cereal, and distributing them to food banks, pantries, and other organisations that serve people who are struggling with food insecurity. Food drives help to address hunger and poverty in local communities and provide an opportunity for individuals to contribute to the common good. They also raise awareness about food insecurity and encourage people to take action to alleviate this critical issue.
